Use :

Top quality aluminium vacuum chuck with high clamping force for working of metals, plastics, wood … Milling of breakthroughs is only possible under certain conditions (use of PVC mat).

Features :

• Solid pure cast aluminium.
• Grid : 10 x 10 mm
• Flatness and paralellism : +/-0.01/100 mm
• Multiple closable vacuum inlets on top plate.
• Retractable stop collars on two sides.
• M8 threated bushings on top plate for additional mechanical clamping.
• Supplied with venturi for operation with dry compressed air (requesting minimum 3.5 bars and 100 L/mn), vacuometer, clamps, rulers, foam rubber cord, PVC adapter mat.
• Venturi can be replaced later on by vacuum pump if desired.
